how to play bluray ripped video on PC fluently?

I have downloaded some movie with bluray ripped. size of file about 4 to 8 GB. file formate MKV. when I try to play video file, it play with very slow motion. I have PC with 1.6 hz processor and Nvdea 6000.
Can I play this kind of content fluently?

Its a blueray rip…this means its HD. You have a NVidia GeForce 6000….this is not a video card capable of displaying HD….do the math.
